A bit about me

Hello world!

Who is Hunter?

I’ve been a technology addict since as long as I can remember. This passion led me to pursue both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science. After graduating from University of Southern California in 2016, I worked at Apple as a platform engineer on Siri. The role had me working across many different programming languages on a day to day basis. There I worked on server development, mobile frameworks, and just about everything in between. It was an awesome experience and I learned a ton, but alas, all good things come to an end.

Since then, I’ve also relocated from the Bay Area to New York where I am learning to get lost in the subway systems and reminding myself what seasons are. There I started my own business as a freelance software engineer. I also discovered a passion for teaching. I teach a course on artificial intelligence at the City College of New York.
